Newby’s The Best
The people at Newby’s are really stand up people and business. I two of my vehicles to them bcuz I ha
d dash lights and/or messages present. I attempted to drop the first one off for a diagnosis and hopefully repair only to find out the message just needed to be reset. They also told me it would reset on its own no worries. No charge. I attempted to take my truck to them a couple of months back for another check engine light on my dash. Dropped it off and a couple hours later they called me to pick it up. Only needed light reset. Again they told me no worries, no charge. They nice gentleman at the front counter said one of these days you’ll bring to so we can actually do something and make some money! lol.
So of course I called them again a few days ago to schedule my truck back in for a service light and maintenance needed message. Dropped it off and they called me a couple hours later o pick it up. Only needed oil/filter change and reset error codes. These guys never once tried to create extra issues to charge me. If you’re interested in vehicle service/repair these guys are outstanding. When I walked in the door, I was greeted by name (on my very first visit), and with a smile! Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. The waiting area is very clean, and they have snacks and water as well. I got a clear run down of how my inspection went & a timeline to help me keep up with preventive maintenance in the future.
