A7 from a gentleman named Robert Duarte. I hate buying a vehicle because you usually get the sales run around and I end up in a bad mood by the time I purchase the car. All I ask is tell me the truth about the price and terms and I will make up my mind immediately. Working with Robert was smooth and easy. He did what he said with no surprises and was a joy to work with. The bottom line is I got a amazing vehicle for a great price. I know where I will shop the next time I get a new car.

When my vehicle was ready to be picked up, she inspected it and made sure it was detailed and serviced well. She let me know if I had any questions, not to hesitate to call her. rience at another Genesis dealer in Woodbridge NJ.
I meet Ryan looked at the GV70 talked about the features of the vehicle & options on the car.
Went over the numbers with Francisco & the deal was done, the finance office was a breeze, no hard sale on anything, I was nearly shocked after buying four BMW & a Lexus in the past, not one sales pitch about extended warranty or tire & rim warranty, truly wonderful way to buy a car without the drama.
We came to evaluate a car that exactly fit out requirement. When we arrived, the rig we had come to
see had just been sold (oh-oh! Red Flag!). But Chad met us and took us right to an identical rig that had just arrived. Chad is a real Ford guru!! Not only does he totally believe in his product, he makes a point of educating himself on all aspects of the new technology throughout the vehicle. Very impressive!. He spent a lot of time with us, and we never had a sense of being "hustled." He put the deal together with Diane (also a real pro!), and because of the late hour he worked, hands-on with the detail crew to get us down the road. What ever you're paying him, he's adding a lot more value than that to your business! Salespeople like that are a very scarce commodity!
