I recently had the absolute best car buying experience of my life, all thanks to Alejandra Arredondo
at Genesis of Appleton. I had been searching for my "unicorn" vehicle – a very specific 2017 Infiniti QX70 Limited with the technology package. When one popped up at Genesis of Appleton, I favorited it on AutoTrader, even though there were no photos or a full description yet.
Almost immediately, Alejandra reached out. Her proactiveness was incredible. By the next day, she had sent me the CarFax and, crucially, the original window sticker, confirming it was the exact Limited model with the tech package I was looking for. This immediate transparency set the tone for the entire process.
The next day, Alejandra went above and beyond by initiating a video call. She walked me over to the service bay while the vehicle was being inspected and introduced me to the mechanic! It was incredibly professional and reassuring. She then gave me a thorough virtual tour, showing me every inch of the immaculate QX70 – engine bay, interior, and even close-ups of the wheels. When I pointed out minor scuffs on a couple of wheels, Alejandra didn't just acknowledge it – she took action. She spoke with her manager and arranged to have the wheels professionally refinished at no extra cost to me! This level of customer advocacy was fantastic.
Concerned about the history of such a low-mileage (only 39k miles!) vehicle, I asked about the previous owner. Alejandra investigated and found out it came from a long-time customer family who owns a local mechanic shop – the previous owner was their son, also a mechanic. This information, combined with the car looking like it just rolled off the showroom floor, gave me immense confidence.
Throughout the entire process, Alejandra was upfront about the price. There were zero games, no pressure, no hidden fees – just refreshing honesty and transparency. She managed to be incredibly fun and charming while maintaining absolute professionalism every step of the way.
Even after the sale was complete, Alejandra's thoughtfulness continued. She sent me a beautiful personalized leather key fob and a handwritten note commenting on my positive attitude – a truly personal and heartwarming touch that I'll never forget.

Service technician was great! It was a special type of repair & only one technician could do this. It
was incorrectly scheduled but he was able to fit me in the scheduled time & date. Thoroughly explained in detail that it was a time consuming repair. He also arranged to have the vehicle delivered to my house later that same day. The drivers who brought it back to me were awesome too! Great experience all the way around!

ly complaint is that I had a pre-approved loan, and I am now getting letters from various lending agencies that were contacted regarding the loan. Don't really understand this, and it has an impact on my credit score. If my pre-approved loan was not enough, I was able to pay the difference, but was never consulted about this.
