My wife and I were 4 hours from our home when our truck died in Snead,AL. It was late on a Friday. I
figured the fuel pump went out so we quickly researched repair shops in nearby Cullman. Guthrie was the first shop we called and I am soooooooo glad. Terry was absolutely awesome. He gave me a wrecker service to call and then waited after he closed for us to drop the truck off. He got busy on it first thing Monday and called to inform me it was something other than the fuel pump and it was gonna cost less than expected to fix. Everything about Terry and his business it's nothing short of Awesome. I really appreciate the honesty and quickness he got us fixed and heading home.

My car was due for new spark plugs which I’d planned to have replaced by Reliable (it’s a PIA to do a
t home). A week or so before I was going to take my car in, it developed a loud, obnoxious clunking noise while going over bumps. I decided to have both services done at the same time.
I called Reliable on a Friday and they advised me to bring my car in first thing Saturday morning. I dropped it off at 9a, got a call at 12p to go over the issues (bad shocks/mounts), and picked up my repaired car at 2:30p same day.
I’ve taken my car to Reliable a few times for other issues and have always had great service. Staff is pretty friendly both on the phone and in person and their prices are competitive. There are cheaper shops out there, but I’d rather pay a little more knowing that Reliable is honest and will do the work right the first time.

I had a surprise tire blow out on the way downtown and I pulled into Central Alabama Auto. The staff
was able to help me out with my spare promptly. My vehicle wasn't what they normally serviced, but they were kind enough to give directions to a nearby tire service center. My thanks!

As a college student who knows next to nothing about cars, I always feel well taken care of when I go
to Integrity. I have been there twice for different reasons, and both times the staff was amazing. Clean, reasonable prices, and great work. I would recommend it to everyone in Meadville.

I broke down mid road trip in little ol’ Christiansburg VA. I was worried about finding an honest mec
hanic in a town I had never been to especially because I had no time to do research. Modern Automotive was the first place that came up in Google and I went there. I was in good hands. I first spoke with Thomas Morris who immediately put me at ease with his honesty and genuine problem-solving attitude. I left my car with them and continued on my trip in a rental.
Through a series of MY mistakes and lack of ability to figure out how to get my car back once they had completed the work, it was left there for far more than the original time I thought it would be. But they were extremely gracious with me and helped me figure out a good solution. During this time I spoke much with Chuck Swain (Owner) over the phone. He was incredibly generous, good-hearted and honest toward me. It was so refreshing to meet honest businessmen like these, and I would recommend their service to anyone. Thank you guys.
