Haik & His Team Are Above Board and Simply Wonderful!
As a woman who knows little to nothing about cars, I feel so good knowing that Haik and his team are
here for me! I started going to His Laguna Beach location years ago with a problematic BMW X5 and Haik researched, diagnosed, and guided me on what moves to make.... he spent countless hours of his time and had the patience of a saint with the scenario. His team in San Clemente has been equally as great, timely, professional, honest, diligent in their work and competitive in their pricing. Highly recommended if you want to leave your car in great hands. Kudos for creating and operating a stand up, classy automotive shop! Thank you!!

My expectations were exceeded by Amr.
My 2020 GT4 needed an oil change and my local independent Por
sche shop near me wanted 3 weeks to get me in.
Instead I drove 30 mins to Beltsville and Amr took my car back by 7:45am on a Friday.
The shop was clean and so was the reception area. His team was also first rate and friendly.
Seeing the other high end BMWs and Porsches confirmed I was in good hands.

I live within about 5 minutes of Waterloo Automotive and called the other morning asking if I could h
ave my van towed to their shop. It wouldn’t start and ai took my wife’s car to work. The owner of Waterloo Automotive literally drove to my house and tried to jump my vehicle for me to save me from having to tow it up there. They got it running, got it into their shop, and changed out the main and auxiliary batteries. I am blown away! This level of service cannot be expected anywhere, but it’s constantly delivered at this shop! Amazing people!
