r. When I relocated to the Madison area, it felt like I was limited to the franchise-type shops without a personal connection. Now that we have settled in Windsor, I could easily see AKA being my "don't think twice" location for all car maintenance and repairs. My only feedback and suggestion would be to provide more communication about the observations made during the service - areas to watch are noted on the invoice, but it would be helpful to have a quick conversation at checkout to understand the scope or urgency for those potential future repairs.
