I took my car in for the first oil change and Brooke help me out. She is a very friendly lady. I wait
ed for my service to be done. While waiting spoke with my salesman and another friendly salesman. Spoke with a technician from the service department to which I am going to assume is the manager. Very friendly individual. I have on my account to rotate tires when the vehicle is serviced and when I was told that they were finished and that the tires looked fine. So they didn’t change them. Now mind you I live 80 miles from Sioux Falls and my car is used as the primary vehicle. My mileage is all from highway driving. We always rotate the tires at an oil change to make sure that they are wearing correctly. So with that being said I would think that if a customer has asked for something to be done and the service department doesn’t feel it should be done. Then make sure that you check with the customer first to make sure that they are okay with it. I got home told husband, he was upset and took care of it himself.

I recently brought my 2022 Ioniq 5 in for emergency service. Charlie and his team were able to diagno
se the issue and explained that the part could take up to 10 days to arrive and that once it arrived, they would take care of everything. Since the repair was covered under warranty, the service team made sure that I had transportation while my car was being serviced. John, my service advisor, kept me up to speed. The part arrived sooner, and I had my car back in less than a week. Every dealership can repair cars, but what sets dealerships apart is the customer-focused service that Charlie instills in his team.

After a month & $1200+ bill elsewhere, my car wound up in permanent limp mode. So took to Wright Way
Hyundai for diagnostics (1st time) which didn't help. Took back 2nd time for in-depth check & 3rd time to get limp mode taken care of. Even though 4th time I started car the check engine & airbag lights came on, the car still ran as it should. So far I have a normal running car again, thank goodness. Am 80 years old & long for non-computer/electronic cars.
