Started with talking to Mario on the phone that works in the service department
Mario was very professional on the phone and set up my appointment
Brought the car in at 8am and it was ready by 11am Mario called me to let me know car was ready for pick up
Picked up the car and was returned very clean inside and outside including tires
Mario understands great customer service
Genesis of Wayne needs to take a trip to Denville so they can get trained in how to treat a customer
