The Lexus Dealership here in Baton Rouge told me they had to replace my tire that had a nail in it. T
hey told me matter of factly that it could not be patched. It was $300 for a new tire. I decided to take it to Jefferson Car Care and they told me it could be patched for $25. It ran for 7,000 more miles. They are always honest with me and never do work I don't need. I totally trust them.

I have always hated going into mechanics or auto shops because I don’t know much about cars . As a co
llege student I got swindled by a car dealership in Oshkosh on things they claimed I needed done and charged me for, but then never actually replaced .
My father had to go back into the dealership with me to get the repair bill corrected and money returned . It was a terribly humiliating experience, because I was treated with so much disdain and my father was treated with so much respect .
However , in my experiences with American Car Care, I have seen ALL customers treated with respect regardless of their knowledge concerning cars . I don’t feel apprehensive about taking my car in there for repairs as I am not “ talked down to” or treated as if I am an idiot . I am always treated with courtesy and I am given options, if available, for needed repairs. I would highly recommend their services .
