years I have had my MB S430, MB E350 and Honda Accord serviced at All Star. To my experience, the staff is accommodating, I am satisfied with the quality of work, and the service charges have been reasonable. They also helped me with a small body work job. We all have difference expectations, but I would not hesitate to try All Star if u are in need of an auto mechanic.

eviews. My check engine light was on. They where gracious enough to squeeze me in immidiatly. When I arrived my car was pulled in right away. Marcus who stated he was a newer owner came out to tell me everything the inspection had found. I was impressed by his honosty as he told me what needed to be done now and what could wait. e down halfway back in Syracuse as my alternator was shot and also needed a new drive belt. I called Upstate imports and within a few hours they had my car back on the road. They didn’t have the alternator in the shop initially however they made the effort to get it delivered and install it. I Have nothing but good things to say about Upstate imports. Good to see people who really care and want to help while also having reasonable prices.

Older car, non-car guy, not from the area and in need of major repair…recipe to be taken advantage of
. We were staying close to Global so I brought my car in for help. It was hard for me to explain the “noise” but they worked with me and they listened to me and finally they identified the problem. Eric explained everything that was going on with the car and did so in a way that even I understood. It all made sense to a non-car guy like me. They provided me with a nice loaner car and in 2 days the problem was resolved. We are back on the road and will return whenever or wherever we are and need help again. I trust them, which is huge for me. Thanks to Eric, Michelle and the rest of the techs. Well done.
