chnician that the alternator was malfunctioning.
He recommended Sparks in Oregon City. I called thinking it would be several days before I could get an appointment.
But they checked to see if they could source a replacement alternator; and told me they could work it in that day!

I really appreciated him explaining how certain things work, and even gave examples so that as a layman I could understand.
