I took my diesel BMW into Carson Valley Imports because my check engine light was on. Since the car w
as at 60K miles, I figured it just needed service and instead of paying exorbitant prices at the dealership service, I decided to try CVI. Unfortunate, the engine indicated more than service, but an issue with my regen system. Tony spent tireless hours trying to pinpoint the exact cause. He found that my NOX sensors were bad and replaced them and cleared the error code on my vehicle. The techs stayed in constant contact with me giving me updates. I truly appreciate the kind, courteous and trustworthy service they offer. Their prices are also far more reasonable than the BMW dealership service center.

I had my car towed to their shop, they got to it sooner than I expected; it was just a dead battery a
nd gave me a call back to let me know (they tried calling a couple of times since I missed the call). When I picked the car up they let me know (no pressure) of a couple of other maintenance issues I may want to fix in near future. I like the fact that I've seen the same staff persons for quite some time; small shop, but very efficient.
