Yesterday, I went to start my daughter's Honda CRV before she got back in town from college, and it n
eeded a jump. After I started it, the steering did not work. I called Chet's and over the phone, the owner basically told me that if I went to a supply house and got a new battery, that would almost for sure fix the steering. Well, since the owner seemed fair and honest over the phone, I scheduled a service since the car needed an oil change anyways. I get there this morning, ask the owner to do a full diagnostic which I know is always a possible expensive repair. But he said no problem. He looked at everything, topped off the fluids, changed the oil, put in a new battery, and had it all done in close to a half hour. So honest. Very nice people.

My 1989 BMW 635csi had been sitting for the past 5 years due to major brake system and front suspensi
on problems. In 2 weeks, GT Peace had my BMW completely repaired, with a current VA State Inspection sticker.
I will continue to use GT Peace in the future.
I've owned this car for 20+ years, so it was a joy to have her back again.

he phone by Office Mgr. Brett who provided keen insight into the issue and provided cost range estimates. I had AAA flat bed the car to them just before closing and the car was worked on and completed the next day. Excellent service all around, and will use them in the future.
