Im usually a 5-star client, this time i ran into a glitch at the billing cycle
when I received my ca
ll to pick up the car, it would’ve been nice to have been warned of the various charges. I was going to have.
I could have been informed that I would save money if I paid with a cash or check
And when I had the conversation, I was given a picture of how much it would cost, and it was almost double that so it would’ve helped me to prepare better for the point of sale.

I've had three other Porsches and they've all been service for years in Colorado I've never had anyon
e come close to the service level that Al and his team demonstrated over here at Gulf Euro.
I had my car serviced in another shop here in Florida once for an oil change is all and then I found these guys because I knew I needed something done with the drivetrain bearing. The the Cayenne I have is 20 years old but it's well maintained and still trucking and these guys were able to easily diagnose that it didn't just need a bearing but the actual drive shaft and they got it same day reasonable price and done the very same day it was amazing! Not only that when I went in their shop it was immaculate I'm talking you could eat off the floors and so impressive to see this day and age. Do yourself a favor and hire these guys on all of your jobs I will know I will be for the future!

I am highly satisfied with willies automotive. In fact their professionalism and caring attitude stoo
d above the rest. I am a small business owner and needed my truck back in a reasonable time. For it was my busy season. Not only was this done in an impressionable and fashionable time period. It was fixed correctly and here I am three months later and my ford E350 is still running like if it was practically new. I am so glad I chose to choose willies auto motive . And I want to thank willies automotive team for their outstanding service. Each one of you impressed me. From the master mechanic receiving me after hours and assuring me that the problem would be corrected properly. Also The receptionist and Dave kept me well informed each step of the way. Impressive even willie himself would come and meet with us and gave us personal financial tips. I am once again humbled and thankful for your superb service. God bless you all......
