Twice now, once with my wife’s Mercedes and just yesterday with my 2018 Tundra, my problem turned out to be minor, required their time and diagnosis but no parts, and they refused to charge me.

While traveling through Las Vegas many miles from home our RV transmission locked up. We were a bit n
ervous about getting repairs hundreds of miles from home . The road service technician recommended Sin City Truck & Trailer Repair. We are so glad they did.
While the repair was expensive I feel it was reasonable.
The work was done in a timely manner and the price quote was accurate.
I do not plan to go back there but any service or repairs needed when we are close by will go to this shop.

An amazing group of people. I had them diagnose my car problem, they were very kind to me and my kids
. Instead of making us sit in the lobby for a period of time while they figured out what's wrong they had one of the guys take us over to the new splash pad they gave us some drinks and snacks and left us to burn off some energy. Instead of being stuck in a lobby waiting and trying to keep the kids entertained we were able to have some fun. I recommend them to everyone. They are reasonable and dont over charge. Plus they seem to really care about the experience that the customer has. I also got a video of my car and they explained the work they did and what is wrong with my car. It was very detailed and a nice touch!
