I was referred to Accurate Auto Body in Redmond through Eastside Subaru after my 2018 Subaru Crosstre
k was involved in a chain-reaction accident and overall I had a very positive experience.
Jackson handled my repair and did an excellent job communicating throughout the process. I especially appreciated that he took the time to answer questions clearly and keep expectations realistic while coordinating directly with Progressive. The repair quality itself looks excellent and the vehicle was returned clean and driving normally. Accurate also worked carefully through the insurance approval and calibration process rather than rushing repairs before everything was properly reviewed.
Overall, I appreciated the professionalism, communication, and repair quality throughout the experience.
