I took my Hyundai Palisade into Jim Click Eastside for its 1st service under the Maintenance for Life
program. I made my appointment for a date and time best suited to me. When I arrived the service manager promptly met me , inspected the car and checked me in.. Whilst my vehicle was being serviced (oil change and nitrogen tire pressure check, i opted to have breakfast nearby. The service was completed just as i was finishing my meal. The dealrships service advisor had the paperwork ready and my vehicle was awaiting me.. It was a flawless turn around.

ys takes care of me. He gets me in and out as efficiently as possible. The sales dept. is useless. They never seem to know the answers to questions that I've asked about the Hyundai models. The dealer 'mark-ups' are an insult. I drove out to Palm Springs Hyundai where I've previously purchased a Kona and a Tucson Sport. They don't mark up their cars over MSRP. Hence, I just bought a Venue there a few days ago.

I brought my car in to the service dept to check a problem with my AC. My appointment was scheduled
for the following Wednesday but Jeff was able to fit me in. He explained everything about what they would do to fix it. He thought my wait would be 1.5 hrs as they were replacing the oil as well. My car was ready to go earlier than his estimate and it was so nice to have the AC working on such a hot day. Thank you Jeff
