. On this occasion, there was a recall regarding the front collision of avoidance cameras. Obviously important. I was very impressed that the service personnel made the necessary. Correction, took the vehicle for a test drive, determined that it didn’t meet his satisfaction, although it was done to specifications. And proceeded to do additional adjusting.

I recently brought my 2016 Hyundai Tucson Sport to Matt Bowers Hyundai Slidell to have a few minor is
sues checked out. I had several warning lights showing on the dashboard, which turned out to be related to a few sensors. I was also having an issue with my rear windows.
After receiving my vehicle back, I noticed an issue with the lock on that same door, to the point where I could not open the door. I brought the vehicle back, and that’s when I had the pleasure of working with Brennan Moczarnik.
Brennan was professional, helpful, and had a great attitude throughout the entire process. She was a breath of fresh air and genuinely worked to help resolve the issue. The shop manager, whose name I unfortunately did not get, was also dedicated to addressing the problem in a strong and professional manner. He demonstrated accountability and a clear commitment to making sure the issue was properly resolved.
While the situation was frustrating, I truly appreciate how the team handled it. This was definitely the best experience I’ve had with a dealership service department. I would especially like to recognize Brennan and the shop manager for their professionalism, communication, and dedication to resolving the problem.
