r and my mechanic came out to inform me of the problems and cost estimates. They clearly relayed the problems and causes; stayed till all my questions were answered. Then they asked for my permission to proceed with the repairs I wanted completed that day. I was given estimates on the two repairs that could wait. Costs were reasonable and the service was completed in a timely manner. Problem solved. No high pressure tactics. The people who work there are friendly and trustworthy; which is especially important when a person is not that familiar with some repairs. I even had the opportunity to request a female mechanic at the time I made the appt. The waiting room has a Kurig coffee maker and a choice of free snacks.

Beautiful repair to the dent in my quarter panel. Looks like new and my car came back cleaner than I
usually keep it! Customer service was responsive and when my insurance company saw the estimate was from Carstar, the agent went on and on about how wonderful a shop it is and how easy they made it for the insurance company. Staff were warm and professional. Mark communicated directly with my insurance, on our behalf, making life a little easier on these two septuagenarians. Fine work, fine folks. I highly recommend them. They really know what they're doing.
