usually keep it! Customer service was responsive and when my insurance company saw the estimate was from Carstar, the agent went on and on about how wonderful a shop it is and how easy they made it for the insurance company. Staff were warm and professional. Mark communicated directly with my insurance, on our behalf, making life a little easier on these two septuagenarians. Fine work, fine folks. I highly recommend them. They really know what they're doing.

Whenever I call to see how soon I can get one of my vehicles in to get checked out it’s usually withi
n a few days and they check it out and call me to let me know what’s wrong and what it will cost to fix it sometimes it gets fixed that same day and I get my vehicle back by 5pm sometimes if they have to wait for parts I’ll be able to pick it up the next day by 5pm or as soon as it’s done. Their work is always top notch.
