As a woman its hard to find a shop that doesn't speak to you like you have no clue. They explain very
well whats wrong and what they are going to fix. Even shown me the parts they removed. Usually pretty quick. I've had alot of work here and been coming for over 3 years.

On a 600 mile road trip our serpentine belt shredded making us, our dog and our van dead in the water
. After spending the night in a parking lot, we set up an appointment with Maurice at GLN Auto Pros about 11 miles from where we broke down and got a tow by G&M Towing. Maurice ordered the belt; he actually ordered two belts cause it was unclear which was correct. After recommending Molly Brown's Cafe down the street (where we had an excellent meal), Maurice installed the correct belt, replaced one pulley that was damaged, and identified two other pulleys that should be replaced soon. Maurice was knowledgeable, helpful, listened to us, and was a pleasure to do business with. The price charged was reasonable. I just wish that Maurice and GLN were near to where we live so that we could take our Sprinter van to him for all of its needs. Thank you for turning a bad breakdown into a pleasant experience.
