Roadside Breakdown at exit 283 on ramp on interstate 75
I was broke down on the on ramp at exit 283 on interstate 75. Ordered parts myself and had them deli
vered and while installing parts, Oleg stopped and offered his assistance if I was interested. I was frustrated and said yes I needed help. The parts that I bought didn't fix the problem and he further checked my truck and said my fuel pump was bad he drove 51 miles each way to get the part and fixed my truck on the side of the road. Very friendly, polite and most definitely knowledgeable. If I am ever in need again in that area I will definitely call him to assist me. He is an actual mechanic not like just a road call service tech from the truck stops. I also want to give a thanks to his wife that passed by and sent him to my rescue. Highly recommended. Came to this shop because I needed an exhaust leak repaired and they went above and beyond with the r
epair. They made a multi-point inspection on my vehicle, but didn’t push any repairs that were not necessary. It was informational to have an idea how the car is doing. Once diagnostic was done they went on to do the repairs in a timely manner. Both people that I interacted with upon drop off and pick up were very professional and knowledgeable. I will be coming back with any repairs that I may need in the future.
