They are honest, informative, helpful and reliable. A customer walked in giving symptoms on his car to Kristen (at the desk) and Jimmy (owner), listening in the background, diagnosed the problem before the customer finished giving the symptoms. Precision Auto is my favorite and I highly recommend them for your car service.
