Brought my Audi Q5 in for a strange engine noise. Turned out it was a faulty PCV system. While an ex
pensive repair (due to Audi design), Santos went the extra mile and checked with Audi about recalls for faulty PCV valves and was able to perform the repair for about 20% LESS than their original estimate. They even washed and vacuumed the car! They could have charged the stock hours on this repair, but instead charged the actual time it took their mechanics to effect repairs.
