I received a discount flyer from JB Auto Care for a brake inspection! I called and made an appointment for a checkup. I was greeted by Bill Johnston who asked about the car and what I expected from them. He then proceeded to show me the JB work / technician areas, explaining how the present family-owned company had expanded their location over time, and the training their mechanics and technicians had. As a carguy I was impressed.
My car was examined, and not unexpectedly, needed brake pads and rotors. Bill had the car and engine filters inspected, and again no surprise, they needed replacement.
On further review the original battery was found wanting and needing replacement.
All the work was performed in about 4.5 hours. Bill Johnston explained every step of the way what, and why, was happening.
Yes I had a very healthy bill - but now I have a very healthy automobile - professionally maintained, and under warranty.
Bill Johnston did an excellent job with communications and execution. I took a number of his business cards to hand out to friends. WELL DONE JB AUTO CARES
