I've been bringing this model in for about 5 years now. And my previous BMW for 5 years as well. I've
been consistently receiving excellent quality service.
I'm informed of suggested regular service for now
and recommended in the future. No pressure ever.
Such a pleasure to interact with BIMMER car care.

Beautiful repair to the dent in my quarter panel. Looks like new and my car came back cleaner than I
usually keep it! Customer service was responsive and when my insurance company saw the estimate was from Carstar, the agent went on and on about how wonderful a shop it is and how easy they made it for the insurance company. Staff were warm and professional. Mark communicated directly with my insurance, on our behalf, making life a little easier on these two septuagenarians. Fine work, fine folks. I highly recommend them. They really know what they're doing.

I had a fantastic experience at this auto body shop! Melody and Brandon were incredibly friendly and
helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. The quality of the repairs was excellent, and my car looks as good as new. I was especially impressed that they finished the work even faster than expected, which was a huge relief. Their professionalism and efficiency made the entire experience stress-free. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of auto body repairs—you won’t be disappointed!
