Watched an employee patiently help another customer who had a portable gas can that wouldn't open, he took his time and told me he was sorry he was taking so long but he would help me as soon as he finished. I recently brought my car to Sal's for a pretty serious vibration in the brakes, as well as an oil ch
ange. They did an outstanding job from start to finish.
They quickly diagnosed the issue causing the large vibration in my brakes and explained everything clearly. After the repair, the car now brakes smoothly with no shaking at all—it feels like a completely different vehicle.
They also took care of the engine and cabin air filters and performed an oil change, even topping off my washer fluid as part of the service. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the fact that they made sure everything was in great shape before I left.
