er had a problem with our car after servicing. They are very knowledgeable. If for some reason they can’t fix it, they will send you to someone who can. We thought we needed a new muffler one time and they said we just needed a pipe welded. They didn’t do welding there so they sent us to a place that did and we avoided having to get a whole new muffler system. They are so honest and friendly. Going to Hometown is like going to see family. That’s how they make you feel.

We had a very big problem with our electric car. All the other places that we had the car evaluated f
or a strange noise said it was "normal". Mirak was amazing! Nicolas put up with us as we became upset with how long they had the car but William (bill) was amazing. We had an extremely faulty system and Bill was able to locate the issues. He not only took the car apart but put it back together and we have a "brand new car". They also worked hard with corporate to make sure all the warranties were granted.
We cannot say enough wonderful things about Mirak and are thankful for such competence!!!!
