I was in need of a car repair and I saw a very good review from a friend, so I thought I would give t
his garage a shot.
The gal that books appts (Ellen or Helen?) was awesome on the phone and got me booked right away. I got tied up and missed my appt time and when I called to apologize, she said "no problem, bring it over".
The repair was done in a timely manner and the price was very fair! I was given a couple of factory update notices to get looked after from the dealership.
I was very pleased with my whole experience and would highly recommend Pinellas Auto for service issues you may incur!

I was at a 5 Minute oil change and my engine cover plate got bent when I entered the bay. I had to ba
ck up and the plate just crumpled up under my car. No jacks at the oil change place so was crossing the highway to get to a Shell station on Rte 580 in Dunedin, plate scraping the road really bad, when cops pulled me over. Cory saw this and came over and jacked up the car and pushed the plate back up so it didn’t scrape. I could then drive home. Cory was very polite and really saved my day! Recommend him if you are ever in need on the road. My knight in shining armor!!

erson experience is so gratifying that unless i am pressed for time I like to take it in in person. All my questions answered, the car maintained, cleaned and best of all I KNOW all was done professionally, safely, and that all boxes were checked. All the staff run like a well oiled machine.
