Excellent mechanics, up front prices and great customer service!
I had been having issues with my 07 Avalon. I had a mechanic that misdiagnosed the issues and ended
up spending money without fixing the problem. My power steering fluid was leaking bad and my AC stopped working as did my turn signals. I happened to drive by the shop and decided to give them a call.. I spoke with Kirk at the front desk and let him know about the problems. He said to bring the vehicle in and his mechanics would diagnose the issues and get back to me with a quote. He called that same afternoon with a diagnosis and a quote. The work was performed as specified and ready the next day. I was very satisfied with the work performed and the price! Kirk and his mechanics are very professional and provided great customer service. Highly recommend.

A bad ring on an oil filter was installed. The way I found out is seeing a 5 x5 oil spill covering my
garage floor! Went back the smug guy at the counter, no eye contact handed me a less than half bottle of cleaner and continued on his computer. They installed a new filter and he said, there is no charge. Did I ask? -No. So at the bottom of he receipt is the customer satisfaction that says they want to “ keep” their 5 star rating. I called on a Friday and the gal said maybe by Monday I would get a call back. In 10 min the DM called me back and was apologetic after I related my tale of woe. He sent a super nice kid over to spread kitty litter through the entire mess. Two days later he was back and swept it up and applied more cleaner and washed it all down with a circular machine. It looks fine. He worked on my garage floor at least 2 hours til I was satisfied. The other reviews on this page are not very encouraging but everyone deserves a 2nd chance…?

aler to Express Auto because of the Mr. Wassek’s (owner/manager) fine reputation for quality service at a reasonable prices and the convenience of his location right here in Ahwatukee.
Earlier this week I took my 2015 Toyota Highlander (119,000 miles) back to Xpress Auto to diagnose and repair the serious problems I was now having with the front end of my vehicle. Wassek and his mechanic were able to identify and resolve all my issues the same day for a fair price. I have the utmost respect and trust in Wassek’s and his mechanic’s skills and ability to keep my car safely on the road for many more miles to come. I highly recommend you give this provider a try the next time your car needs servicing.
