David is the paragon/best example of how amazing an individual can truly become. David takes customer service to a new level that you rarely see anywhere else. I inform shop of the current issue I was experiencing with my vehicle where the a/c would die in and
out, thinking it was just the switch and ask inquired about my brakes as it was a recommend service from dealership. Able to determine that it was an issue with blower motor and offered two different quotes in regards to repair (different replacement parts; new vs after market) while inspecting the brakes. Waived inspection fee for brake service, while giving information on when I can expect to replace. Didn't try to up-sale me, and offered same day service while keeping me up-to-date with calls (no app or text, great communication).

My daughter-in-law Kiya's AC went out in her Honda and she was quoted a high price to replace it. I
called a few places to check prices and when I called K.A.R. I was very impressed. Kris was polite, knowledgeable and patient. He gave me a price that was out the door all taxes , labor and parts included. He also said Kiya may not need a whole AC unit and he would let us know and adjust the price. Well guess what she didn't need a whole new unit. The thing I value most at an auto shop besides good work is honesty! There was no up-selling, he didn't try to sell a whole unit that wasn't needed and that is what keeps customers coming back honesty and great work. K.A.R. Shop will be getting our business from now on.
