Where to Start ? Larry totally took over, from start to finish, even spending time with hire company on our behalf.
Mechanic and office staff bent over backwards to get us back on the road.

Taking my VW here was far cheaper than the dealership. The owner Pete, is very nice and explained e
verything my car needed. He definitely has a love and passion for cars. I totally trust and feel he is very honest. I would most definitely take my car to his shop in the future.

Why I give 4-star rating: because I took my vehicle in for a Recall and when I received a call from
the service department to make an appointment. I was told I would get loaner vehicle so I wouldn't have to wait. and the receptionist told me that was not in my notes. And she asked. who called me and said I would get a loaner I said I did not remember her name. She didn't offer me a loaner or even a rental. So I went to go sit in the waiting area when i was spotted by Iggy he kindly asked me what I was doing. I said brought the truck in for a recall. he kindly asked if I was given a loaner. I said No. the receptionist said no! and that I was confused because the receptionist that called to make appointment said I would get a loaner. And the receptionist that checked me in said no. So long sorry short Iggy was kind and got me a loaner. and glad he did or I would have been waiting 5 hours. so, 5 stars for Iggy.
