llent experience from start to finish.
We started the process online with David Arevalo, who was responsive, transparent, patient, and very easy to work with. He clearly explained the lease details, payment options, pricing, vehicle availability, and accessories, and really listened to what my husband Patrick and I were looking for. He helped us get to a deal that worked for our needs without pressure or confusion.
Alex Renteria helped us in person the day we came in, and he was fantastic. He had everything prepared, reviewed the paperwork to make sure it matched what we had discussed with David, took us on the test drive, helped with the paperwork, and walked us through the vehicle features, tech setup, and delivery. Alex was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and made sure we felt comfortable with our new Sportage before we left.
The whole process was smooth, efficient, and low-pressure. There were no surprise add-ons, no confusing numbers, and no dealership games. The finance process was straightforward as well, and we were in and out in about 2 to 3 hours total. The vehicle was fully detailed, had a full tank of gas, and was ready for us.

My recent experience with your service department, from beginning to end, would probably rate a 3. T
here was some poor communication on the front end and a gasket of some kind that was seated properly which left an oil stain in my driveway...which required a second trip to your shop. Mistakes get made, I get it.
The reason for the 5 star review was the outstanding work of your Service Manager, Rich Conley. I contacted him directly and he responded immediately, digging into what happened and provided a clear explanation. Throughout the process, he reiterated that he wanted to do the "right thing" and worked hard to come up with a resolution. We were able to work things out in a fair and equitable way. Rich took a customer that was ready to contact the BBB and because of his professionalism, brought that customer back into the Toyota family.
