Had my first flat tire. They were able to arrange ordering a new one same day. Though one of the guys
at my job did a patch on my original tire and said it was good to go. Was planning to buy the extra tire since they went through the trouble ordering it.
But they said it was okay if I didn't need the tire, easy enough to send back. They said they could just swap my donut out for ny old tire. They guy changing it did look at the patch job though and wasn't comfortable with it. They let me know and redid the patch and continued the swap out. They didn't charge me for the patch, just the swap out labor, which was nice of them.
Really appreciate them taking the time to make sure the patch up was safe as well as the quick flip out. As well as the last minute change on keeping the old tire.
I like the shop and look forward to possibly having vehicle maintenance done here in the future.
