Futures Hyundai is the place to take your Hyundai vehicle for service. Maribel was my advisor and she
was professional throughout the entire process of my car getting diagnosed. She let me know when she would be going to lunch and that she would be getting in contact with me when she returned for any update status. Advisors at other Hyundai dealerships promise they will do this and never do. The customer ends up having to call. Also, they have the best mechanic foreman, Jefte. I have known him for a few years and he has always be honest-> something you don't find at the majority other dealership repair centers. Plus, you don't have to wait 1+ month to make an appointment. I got mine 1 1/2 weeks out. Lastly, just a few walking blocks from the dealership, there is a shopping center(Veranda) and a movie theater, so you are not stuck waiting at the dealership being bored.
Now, on the minus side, I do wish they had tables in their waiting area for people who have laptops. I didn't check if they offered free wifi, but I didn't see any signs posted so I assume no. There is a TV and a machine that offers free coffee and latte's. Be careful though because the lattes come with a lot of sugar! I am waiting for a survey to be sent to me so I can give Kudos to Maribel and Jefte.

Gave Kevin a call to let him know that my mother’s car had multiple braking lights on dashboard. Kevi
n instantly made time for her to come in and have it checked out where Pau helped her out. Pau diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes and let her know that he would order the part, have it by next day and she could come back in to have it replaced. Next day Kevin helped set an open window to accommodate her getting off work to come by and have the master cylinder replaced and she was in and out within an hour. She was very happy with the service and is looking to make Ma’s Auto Repair her new home repair facility. 10/10
