epairs to my coolant system and my car is running great. They are friendly, do quality work and they get your car back quickly. I felt they went above and beyond to answer any questions I had and talk through concerns and processes. This means a lot to me because as a woman that is unfamiliar with cars, I feel I can trust them with their recommendations completely. I went in for what I thought would be just an oil change, but turned out to be a lot of maintenance I
didn't even know I hadn't been keeping up with along with troubleshooting and resolving another issue I've been driving around with for literal years. I've had previous mechanics just lecture me about why I hadn't been doing x or y thing and how I'm lucky the car still runs, etc etc, but Patti just found the problems and told me what needed fixing without judgement or shame.
I know very little about cars and car maintenance, and I know I make for an easy target for mechanics who might want to take advantage of me. I completely trust that Patti has no interest in that; in fact, she's willing to teach me about basic maintenance and explain all of her recommendations to me, why they're important, and which things can or can't wait based on budget constraints. I'm so grateful for Patti and her crew and I plan to keep bringing my car to them for whatever it might need.
