Sam took quick care of my punch list of items (O2 sensor, oil, front brakes) and looked into an issue
with my LF wheel (turned out the control arm needed replacement). Took the time to show me all the parts. I’ve been going to Jim’s with this vehicle since new (2008 Tahoe) that now has over 250,000 miles. I attribute its long life to service here. Thanks Sam!

I was from out of the area & my clutch wasn't working properly. Asked Ali's to look at it. They found
more than we thought it was. Thankfully they were not very busy. Got me in and out fixed what needed to be done.
So very thankful for their time & patience with my issues with the car. Respectful & honest bunch of people there. Would recommend them every time.
