en with a 5 Star rating, not for fixing the problem on my car, but the response by the owner after not being able to correct the problem. After three attempts and several parts being changed out the problem was not resolved. I then received a call from the owner apologizing for their inability to be able to correct it( an electrical issue) and informing me he was returning the entire amount of money that I had spent. This amounted to well over $2,000.00 which included labor and parts. I was not asked to return any of the items installed in my car and the check arrived at my house two days later. I want to state in the past other issues have been resolved regarding my car by them with procession expertise. Needlessly to say I will continue to do business with Titan Automotive in the future and I highly recommend others seek out their services.

n my 2017 Lexus H450. He immediately got me in the same day by 2:30pm! He inspected my car and informed me that my back brake pads were low and would recommend them to be replaced. His prices were very reasonable. I went next door to eat and was out before 4pm. Jose was super friendly and honest. I was impressed by the speed of service. I was also very satisfied and would recommend anyone that is looking for an honest mechanic to come here.
