I have made several purchases for a new auto in my life. Andrew was the difference between us buying
a car or not. We had recently visited other Ford dealerships with conflicting personalities that did not value the customer. Andrew went above and beyond for my daughter. His service skills and personality is top notch. If I was talking to the owner of Ford I would tell him one thing. Andrew should be the example for every dealership. He would be training and leading the charge for “How service should be given”. “How to provide excellent service to build repeat and return business”. This should be the foundation of any good dealership. My business was with Ford but the relationship was formed by Andrew and through Andrew.

So I apologize because since said incident guess what I had to take my car car to them and they accepted my vehicle with no ill will towards me. They have treated me with nothing but with the utmost respect and they keep me informed about every thing that is going on with my vehicle and give an explanation if I don’t understand. So as a woman who knows nothing about cars I’m appreciative that I took my car back and it was accepted especially after a review that should’ve never been written because it wasn’t for them. So I thank you ladies for taking my as a customer and still providing me the best service that you offer.
