She is incredibly attentive and thorough. She documents everything, shows me my records, and makes sure I feel informed and confident. She has also gone above and beyond by helping me advocate for myself with the dealership and get my warranty taken care of, which meant so much.
I trust her work completely. I know my car is in good hands and I feel safe driving it. You can tell she genuinely wants that for her clients, and that level of care is rare.
