Great service ! Met the owner - Harry and service manager - Bob, who were both very personable & pr
ofessional. Bob went over the job with me and shared from his experiences in the industry. Though the work was a bit tricky they did a stellar job, and not only that, but they charged less than 1/2 the amount of the quote I rec’d from another shop earlier and Bob’s quote even included the parts ! I left the shop feeling more like family than a customer ! Thx Bob for the great pricing, excellent service and congenial atmosphere !

I had a weird noise when I used my brakes. As Import Auto had just done work on my rear brakes, I as
sumed that was where the problem was. At first they could not hear the noise, but they stuck with it, and finally found my front brake caliper was missing a bolt, nothing to do with my rear brakes at all. Now my brakes are quiet, and I’m very happy with the techs who worked on it and fixed the problem.
