I brought my 2014 E-250 in for a check engine light. Turned out that 2- O2 sensors were bad. Only one
was replaced. Check engine light came on again. Brought it back and the other was replaced. I could see paying for the part but why was I charged a full diagnostic fee?

Bob, Brad, and Jim went out of their way to get my vehicle in before a trip I had to go on. Of course
the parts ended up being difficult to aquire and they went way out of the way to get the parts from a non traditional source, and got my vehicle back on the road.

Can't say enough of how well our Tuscon Limited purchase went, without including the manager, Amanda
Meadows, who walked us through the final paper work after we had finished up with our sales rep, Conner. Amanda was very honest and welcoming, and even was able to shave off a few dollars off the bottom line to fit our budget. And finally, when all was confirmed with Conner and Amanda, we met with the finance manager. Sorry I don't have his name, but he also gets our highest praise. Smart, good sense of humor, straight up guy ... he was incredibly efficient and nice to us. This dealership should be on your list to visit if you are in the car market. They treat you very well. And ... we are loving our new Tuscon Limited!!

Besides just taking my vehicles in for regular services they always look over a little bit if everyth
ing just in case.They let me know how things are going and if theres anything I need to be aware off when they look over some or all of my vehicles while its there. Or even reminders for future services to do next time when I come back in. They are very thoughtful and have your back.
