hris, Candace and the staff are great people, and they all know their job.
The shop is clean, that’s an added bonus!!! They’re close to where I live, which is also a plus.
It’s hard to trust mechanics these days, but I don’t feel that way @ Shamrock, from day one I came to that conclusion. I’ve had a decent amount of work done on both of my vehicles and unless the cars needed something addressed at that moment, Chris won’t fix or replace it. He suggests this or that and gives you a timeline etc. but he doesn’t hold you over a barrel for his gain $$$ and that’s rare these days. The work I’ve had done on both of my vehicles is always addressed with one visit, unlike other mechanics that I’ve been to.
Chris is honest, which is so welcoming, he’s a straight shooter, no nonsense and I love that quality in a person, especially when it comes to doing business. Candace the receptionist is wonderful at her job as well, she’s always willing to help in any way.
I will continue bringing my cars to Shamrock and continuing recommending Shamrock to others.
