I have used Premier Imports of Charlotte many years. Through their diagnostic process they were able
to identify the vacuum leak that caused the check engine light. Got the new hose, installed it the next day and performed an oil change and air filter replacement. I had my car returned to me in a little less than 24 hours. And for less $ than the dealership. I have been consistently satisfied with Premier Imports customer service because they keep it real and honest in the time necessary and approximate cost to address my cars repairs and maintenance issues. 👍🏽

My car broke down on Tryon Street and Arandas happened to be one of the closest mechanics. Boy was I
lucky. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND. They recommended a tower who was efficient and kind, and when the vehicle arrived they were able to give me a diagnostic by that afternoon, which I didn't expect as they were very busy.
They were very honest about what was wrong/ possible future problems after fixing it and gave me a full view of my options. I ended up deciding that it needed to be junked (possible head gasket on $1600 car). They were kind enough to wave the diagnostic, because of the situation. I was blown away. I never expected such a kindness. They were always a step ahead and communicated every step of the way.
I can't rave enough. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. If you need ANYTHING give them a chance. They are an honorable company.
