Over the weekend of this cold December the drive-side power window of my car decided to remain open.
It wouldn't close - I was driving around with plastic on it freezing. I called on Monday spoke with Rachel, fully expecting to hear "sorry we're booked solid until next week". Instead, she was incredibly understanding knowing dangerous to drive a car with no window in the winter and squeezed me in the next day. Window works perfect no more arctic blast. Cannot recommend Brians Automotive enough! True lifesavers the week before Christmas! Highly recommend!! Top notch, friendly, professional, great customer service and explain everything clearly.
