There are 3 authorIzed Bimmer Tech installers in Colorado. I contacted all three and was the most imp
ressed with Billy’s responsiveness and honestly. He researched with Bimmer Tech the “how to” of my install and called me back with what they said and how much it would cost. Throughout the entire process- from initial contact to picking up the car, he was very communicative and responsive. So much so that it was hard to believe I was dealing with an automobile service shop. Additionally the entire interaction with Monument was all done virtually.

Very friendly and efficient. Went in for "clicking noise", and he changed my manifold. Very honest wi
th the pricing, and his work is clean and spot on. My truck has much better performance now. He explains what he does, WHY he recommends what he does, and lets the customer decide. He updates appropriately to keep the customer up to speed, and doesn't miscommunicate. He's very competitive with the pricing of parts and labor. I'm very pleased with the experience. I highly recommend him and his shop.
