I recently took my Chevy Suburban to a Chevy dealership while I was in the area for an oil change. I left there with a laundry list of repairs that supposedly needed to be done. No one wants to hear, “We found this wrong with your vehicle,” especially when the repair estimate is an insane amount of money. I was already sitting there trying to figure out which bills I could push back just to afford the repairs.
So, I decided to take my Suburban to Henn Automotive for a second opinion.
Then I got a call from Alex, the manager at Henn, and honestly, I was nervous answering the phone because I was expecting more bad news.
But let me tell you—Alex is one of a kind. He is an amazing person, and most importantly, someone you can trust. He was honest, straightforward, and genuinely cared about helping me rather than just taking my money. People like that are hard to find these days.
Alex gave me the news everyone wants to hear: he took care of me and saved me a ton of money. The work was done right, and now my Suburban is running like it’s brand new.
After this experience, I have a hard time understanding why the dealership wanted to charge me so much for all those repairs. Henn Automotive showed me that there are still honest people and trustworthy automotive shops out there.

The team at Farrows is competent and thorough. One issue that I had involved a problem that I had as
