Mr. Lewis ,was very patient and determined to help us choose the best vehicle- that not only was within our financial means, but also the one that suited both our preference and lifestyle. They were to replace my headlights at a decent price. .
I supplied the LED headlights. They did the work under 2 hours quote. Said one light bulb didn't work
and they needed to check my wiring. Except I already knew that headlight worked before. So I refused the extra service and told them to put the old bulb back in and give me the old one back in. Suddenly it was just a bad connection and done. I worked as a mechanic for years and not all were reputable service places. I know that extra hour shop time trick and wasn't game.

Brought my 2020 Elantra (48,000 miles) in for an oil change and tire rotation and for a thorough in
spection including the brakes. I’m a long time, loyal customer. It was easy to schedule an appointment and reserve a loaner car with them.
As I expected - they sent me the inspection report, complete with pictures of areas that needed immediate attention and also other parts that would need replacement in the future. I called and discussed with the service advisor and he answered all my questions with professionalism and knowledge.
They did the oil change, tire rotation and a complete front brakes replacement.
It was ready by end of the day and the check out process was smooth & efficient.
My car runs great and I feel confident that it was fixed with expertise and I can rely on it. Also - that I know what it will need sometime in 2026 due to their thorough inspection process.
Finally the staff (as usual) is friendly and courteous and easy to deal with. And their location on Grove Street is easy to get to from my home in Bellingham.
