I have been utilizing BP Lake Ridge for my automotive service needs since 2020. Buick sedan, Lexus ES
350 and Honda Odyssey have been serviced at this location. Mr. Salman has been managing this service center with his staff. I am extremely impressed with his fair and honest communication regarding what service is required and then performing it with professionalism. I wish him and his staff all the best.

Awesome Everything!
My front and rear brake job was done in a timely manner. The receptionist was extremely nice and frie
ndly. There was warm coffee available and a TV to watch during the wait. My car was done in the least amount of time which was greatly appreciated due to having a bad back and having difficulty sitting for long periods of time, which the staff was aware of. I will be going back the next time my car needs service.

my oils change here. Last thing I had done here was the transmission fluid change. 👍🏽costumer service is not the best but can be worse. I definitely recommend this place.
