t a more honest, more skilled mechanic staff than at Charlie’s place. Before I found him I was overpaying time and time again. Being a single woman and not knowing much about cars can be a scary thing unless you find someone you can trust who won’t ever steer you wrong or overcharge you. What I really appreciate is how they take the time to clearly explain what’s going on with my car and what actually needs to be done—no pressure, no unnecessary upselling, just straightforward and helpful advice.
