I went in for an oil change and the team discovered that I had a crack in my oil tank. I was planning
on traveling in my car thank goodness something told us to take the car to 1st rate. This is the shop to come to they are friendly, organized, clean and there to make sure that you will be leaving knowing that your car was in good hands and they’re not going to up sale you.

From check in to check out this was the best experience I have had in a very long time taking my car
in for service. Technician Frank took the time to sit down and listen to a very detailed recap of a huge water problem. He took me to the bay and showed me what he was doing and why. I’m so relieved I found this place, Frank knew my car inside and out 100% He checked everything, changed the oil and gave us a thumbs up.

I recently had to deal with the unfortunate experience of a car accident that resulted in my vehicle
being declared a total loss. I brought my car to S. Murphy Auto Body and I have to say, they made a difficult situation much more manageable.
From the moment I contacted them the staff was professional, compassionate, and attentive. They explained the process clearly, communicated with my insurance company directly, and kept me updated every step of the way. I never felt left in the dark. They even helped me clean out my car which looked like I lived in it.
Even though my car couldn’t be saved, they handled everything with care and integrity—from the inspection to the final paperwork. They also answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed or dismissed.

Been going to Matt’s for years. Very trustworthy mechanic, does excellent work and never any hidden c
harges. Always get a call from the office with any issues they find and the cost to correct them. I take both my vehicles there and always recommend Matt’s to people looking for a mechanic.
